Pax Pre-Pressurized Lube Systems

Pax is the pioneer of in-die lubrication. Since 1980, Pax Lube Systems have been giving stampers the opportunity to be more productive. The Pax system was designed and manufactured by skilled tool and die craftsmen and tested in our own stamping facility. Through the use of the Pax Lube System, production speeds have increased, part quality has improved, die life has been extended, and lube consumption has decreased.

The Pax Lube Systems are "pre-pressurized". The lubricant is supplied to the manifold under pressure. A constant and consistent supply of lubricant is provided. As long as there is a supply of lubricant in the reservoir, there will always be lubricant available at the distribution pumps. It also means that the distribution pumps work more efficiently because no priming is required.

5 gallon reservoir and 6 pump manifold with numbered pump positions. (Select the number of pumps from 1 through 6. Also select standard volume or high volume pumps).

15 gallon reservoir and 6 pump or 10 pump manifold with numbered pump positions. (Select the number of pumps from 1 through 6 or 1 through 10. Also select standard volume or high volume pumps).

30 gallon reservoir and 6-pump, 10-pump, or 14-pump manifold with numbered pump positions. (Select the number of pumps from 1 through 6, 1 through 10, or 1 through 14. Also select standard volume or high volume).

The Pax Spray Cabinet is an ideal solution for lubricating stock prior to entering the die area. It is designed with adjustable, built-in spray nozzles, and provides a method of Containing, Collecting, and Recycling lubricant. The Pax cabinet is designed and durably constructed to survive in the rough metal stamping environment.

Tankless system - four different manifold configurations (6, 10, 14, and 6-6) with numbered pump positions. Select manifold size, number of pumps, and standard volume or high volume pumps. Also select the lubricant supply option. (Lubricant may be supplied through a direct pressure supply line)

Standard Spray Assembly

The standard spray assemblies include the nozzle body, selected tip, check valve, retainer nut, quick connect male plug, and 8 feet of 1/4" plastic tubing.

*Piston nozzle recommended for light viscosity lubricants.

Magnetic Base Spray Assembly

The magnetic base spray assembly includes 250 lb. pull magnet w/ steel post, stainless steel tube, clamp assembly, nozzle body, selected tip, check valve, retainer nut, quick connect male plug, and 8 feet of 1/4" plastic tubing.

*Piston nozzle recommended for light viscosity lubricants.

Flextube Magnetic Base Spray Assembly

The flextube magnetic base spray assembly includes 250 lb. pull magnet w/ release lever, flextube segments, nozzle body, selected tip, check valve, retainer nut, quick connect male plug, and 8 feet of 1/4" plastic tubing.
