3700 SST Punch/Plasma Combination Machine

The 3700 SST (Superior Speed and Tonnage) punch/plasma combines the RAMPAGE!™ Oxygen Plasma Cutting System – or the optional TRUECut-400 for higher speeds in thicker material – with 55 tons of punching power. The result with the TRUECut-400 is a 50 percent reduction in processing time for a typical nest in 3/4" plate.

PartHANDLER Fully Integrated Load/Unload System For 3700 SST

Perfect for applications where efficient material handling throughout the entire process is critical. Load material to 1,000 lbs. onto the work table, unload and sort all finished parts, and remove skeletons – all without operator involvement.

The 3700 SST and PartHANDLER together provide you with one piece flow production from an unattended operation.

Automatic Loading of Raw Material

The affordable PartHANDLER-II load/unload system enhances full process productivity for parts produced on the 3700 SST. Material up to 1,000 lbs. is loaded onto the work table, finished parts are unloaded and sorted, and skeletons are removed – all without operator involvement.

• Automatically load material up to 60" x 120", up to 1,000 lbs.
• Automatically unloads and sorts larger finished parts via programmable magnetic system.
• Small width parts (24" x 60" and smaller) automatically unloaded via machine drop door and conveyor system.
